As far as I can determine, the ONLY way to own the original 1982 theatrical release (wide release, that is - not the two infamous sneak previews) is a 1987 or earlier Embassy laserdisc (which I happen to own ). It is P&S, but again, the only way to own the CONTENT of the original Blade Runner. WebDirector's Cut : narration removed, Deckard feels more laconic, lunatic. Final Cut : Director Cut but greener (Scott's approved version) I would personally watch Final Cut. And Theatrical Cut to get explanations, more details of the universe, the feelings of Deckard. 84.
