WebI haven't found a solution unfortunatly. Mine only does this when i put considerable pressure on them or if i bend them really far. You could maybe try not bending them as far when younput your headphones on. Maybe if the problem is continuous you could contact bose support (idk if they have one but i would imagine they do)
